How digital delivery works
After a bank-transfer order is approved, available digital inventory is delivered to the customer's Order History. Delivery may include an account, activation key, access information, download link or instructions depending on the product.
Payment review
Uploading a receipt does not by itself confirm payment. The order remains pending until payment is reviewed.
Delivery timing
Most approved digital orders are delivered immediately by the website. Manual review time can vary depending on support availability, payment verification and stock.
Problems with delivery
If an order shows as paid but delivery is missing or incorrect, contact support with the order number. Never share delivered credentials publicly.
